In order to maintain a fair game environment and bring you a better game experience, we hope that you read the following carefully.
 
For both PVP and PVE modes:
 
1. Using illegal methods or exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage over other players shall not be tolerated. Level, items, warriors, or horses gained from using illegal methods or exploiting game bugs will be withdrawn, and those who severely break the rule will be banned temporarily or permanently.
-Illegal methods: examples are not limited to but can include using third-party programs such as in-game automated bots, ESP, Aimbots, and Game Engine Modifications. The hacker will be permanently banned once confirmed.
-Exploiting game bugs. 

2. There should be no discussions in-game or otherwise regarding abusing hacks and exploitations, including access to cheats, where you can acquire them, or how they can be utilized. Violating this rule will result in an instant ban; if such violation continues, the violator will be banned permanently.

3. Interactions with other players through text chat, voice chat, and signs or paintings must adhere to the rules below, and you shall not use an alternative spelling to circumvent restrictions.
-Offensive Slur – this includes but is not limited to language, which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive.
-Personal Information – such as sending other players' personal information.
-Harass, Stalk, Threaten – such as sending repeated unsolicited or unwelcome messages to specific users/guilds and can include but not be limited to messages that would cause discomfort.
-Disrupt the game – such as intentionally causing the chat screen to scroll faster than other users can read or setting up macros with large amounts of text that, when used, have a disruptive effect on the normal flow of chat.
-Advertisement – don't send inappropriate advertisements, including scamming, hacking, exploitations, or the sale of goods and services unless trading within the game for game-specific resources.

1. Player and Guild Names:
When choosing your name or guild name, you must adhere to general decency and abide by the following rules. If we determine your name to be improper, we will request you to change your name. You should ensure that your name does not:
-Offensive names – names may not contain vulgar, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive, including any usernames which are sexual in nature.
-Impersonations – pretending to be someone else with intent to impersonate Game Masters or Myth of Empires employees.

2. False Reports:
When reporting others, please ensure that you are genuine. Reports made to harass other players or restrict their gameplay when no codes of conduct have been broken are deemed punishable. Violating this rule multiple times will result in a 2-hour to 24-hour ban. If such behavior continues, the violator will be banned permanently.
 
For PVE mode only:
PVE servers are set up to entertain players with a world without mutual attack or hurt. It's forbidden to attack or hurt other players on PVE servers; violating this rule will result in a ban between 1 day to 7 days. If such behavior continues, the violator will be banned permanently. Misbehaviors include but are not limited to:
1. Maliciously interfere with other players when they are trying to build their homeland.
2. Maliciously disrupt the gameplay of other players, including but not limited to:
-Building structures intentionally to block the regular order of entry and exit of other players. 
-Maliciously block warriors and horses of other players and guilds.
Suppose your structure has a negative effect on the PVE server, including but not limited to maliciously blocking the place of resources, revival point, and instance entry, we are entitled to request you to demolish the structure or demolish it directly.
