Myth of Empires Season 2 Starts August 16!

Myth of Empires Season 2 will officially begin on August 16 at 14:00 and will end on October 15 at 00:00. The seasonal servers for this season will be PVP servers, and will not be region-locked.

Compared to Season 1, Season 2 will further improve the overall game tempo and make combat more satisfying. Adjustments and optimizations will be made based on the various suggestions put forward by players during Season 1, resulting in a season more oriented toward battlefield coordination and strategy as a whole, with a reduced emphasis on the upgrading process.

Here are some of the new adjustments that will be featured in Season 2:

  1. Faster Gameplay, Bigger Gains

While Season 1 had a level cap of Level 45 for its first two weeks, Season 2 will raise its level cap to Level 60 in its second week, which will reduce the level constraints of the character growth process. There will also be more ways to obtain Copper Coins, including lanterns that can be looted for a 100% chance to earn Honor and Copper Coins, as well as increased profits from trade. Characters will start with 100,000 Honor, and subsequent Honor will be more convenient to obtain, making it easier to upgrade your Nobility. The amount of time it takes to upgrade Civilization Levels will be significantly reduced, and forging speed will be substantially increased. Season 2 will feature the same initial Comprehension and Recipe Points given to new characters in Season 1, which when combined with the changes mentioned above, means characters will progress faster than ever before! Of course, the new season will also implement the 90% reduction in building damage for the first 7 days of the season, as well as the weekly increase in Boundary Marker protection times featured in Season 1, providing players with more protection early on.

  1. More Ways to Obtain Beast Lord Summoning Items, Stronger Creatures

In response to player feedback on the difficulty of obtaining Beast Lords, Season 2 will feature new ways to obtain Beast Lord summoning items to improve the chances that players can capture them. Additionally, the HP, Attack, and Movement Speed of Beast Lords has been improved along with the overall experience of riding and controlling them. The melee damage and recovery rates of elephants have been strengthened as well, and the experience of using them in combat has been optimized.

  1. Strengthened Large Siege Weapons, More Difficult Cave Survival

Siege warfare in Season 2 will be more intense, with Giant Kongming Lanterns getting a 300% durability boost, the damage of Feiming Cannons being enhanced, and the shield-breaking rate of arrow towers being improved.

Additionally, in certain caves, buildings will take 5x more damage, and damage dealt by arrow towers will be halved. Survival in these caves will be difficult indeed.

  1.  Season Rewards

The rules for receiving rewards will be the same in Season 2 as they were in Season 1, but the rewards themselves will be slightly different. Season Points earned in a season can be exchanged for items in the following season. Guilds that receive 250,000 Season Points will receive skins, with the top 10 guilds in the points rankings receiving exclusive skins. Contribution received after the season ends can be exchanged for items on non-seasonal servers. After the end of the season, players will be able to seal 1 warrior and 1 mount that they can then use in the following season.

  1. Other Rules

In addition to the above, there are other settings that will carry over from Season 1, including smaller alliance sizes, increased acquisition of molotov cocktails, the ability to purchase Level 45 and Level 60 attribute-less weapons and armor, Honor, Arts of War, molotov cocktail recipes, and more. We will be announcing more detailed season rules in a future announcement, so stay tuned!
